We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our Anaheim team at 1560 S Lewis St. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where culinary craftsmanship and compliance with safety standards are paramount. The position is available for both AM and PM shifts, with an hourly pay rate ranging from $19 to $24, reflecting the importance we place on skilled kitchen professionals. As a Line Cook at Salted, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items precisely according to our culinary standards. Your role is vital in maintaining the consistency and quality of our menu offerings. You will work closely with our innovative virtual Front of House team to deliver seamless dining experiences to our customers. Attention to detail, adherence to sanitation regulations, and maintaining safety standards are critical components of this role. We seek candidates with at least six months of kitchen experience and a solid foundation in culinary skills such as knife handling, food preparation, and flat-top cooking. Physical stamina is also necessary, as the job requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
