Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months of kitchen experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work, prep work, and flat-top cooking
- Willingness to work flexible AM and PM shifts
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization during shifts
- Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation
- Support team members and communicate effectively during high-volume service
- Adhere to portion control and waste reduction policies
