We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Line Cooks at our strategic location on 1842 W. Washington Blvd., Los Angeles. This role is perfect for culinary professionals who are passionate about preparing high-quality dishes that align with our culinary standards. As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols while collaborating closely with our virtual Front of House team to deliver consistent and exceptional dining experiences.

This position offers evening shifts from 4 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly wages ranging from $19 to $23. We recommend reliable transportation due to the shift timing and location. Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation recommended
  • Availability to work PM shifts from 4 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow strict food safety protocols
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Experience with flat-top cooking
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
