We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our Costa Mesa location at 1750 Newport Blvd. This role operates primarily during the AM shift and requires weekend availability. The position offers an hourly wage of $18 to $20, which reflects Salted's commitment to competitive compensation for valuable culinary professionals.

The Line Cook position is integral to maintaining the high culinary standards that Salted is known for. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with Salted's culinary guidelines and safety protocols. This includes proficient knife and prep work, adept use of a flat-top grill, and adherence to food sanitation and safety regulations. The role also involves collaboration with a virtual Front of House team to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and communication in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.

This role requires a physical readiness to stand for extended periods and manage lifting requirements of up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active and hands-on nature of the position. Experience of at least six months in a kitchen environment is necessary, providing the foundational skills to thrive within Salted's culinary setting.
