Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work AM shifts including weekends
  • Basic culinary skills and knife handling
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Ability to operate flat-top and standard kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Perform knife and prep work efficiently
  • Operate flat-top grill and other kitchen equipment
  • Stand for extended periods and manage kitchen workflow
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
