Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds repeatedly
  • Willingness to work in environments with exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen
  • Display showmanship and engage with guests in display kitchens
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily to ensure freshness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle kitchen equipment and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items
