Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to heat, smoke, steam, humidity and cold

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
  • Interact with guests in the display kitchen demonstrating showmanship
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily to ensure freshness
  • Assist with kitchen inventory and supply management
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety regulations strictly
