Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask

- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to heat, smoke, steam, humidity and cold

- Good physical stamina to handle demanding kitchen activities

Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Interact with guests in the display kitchen demonstrating showmanship
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily to ensure freshness
- Assist with kitchen inventory and supply management
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly
