Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • great team player

  • stands during entire shift
  • frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
  • frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items in small batches in a scratch kitchen
  • hand carve and grind beef and bison daily
  • display cooking showmanship and engage with guests in display kitchens
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • collaborate with team members to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines
