Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a line cook or prep cook
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen equipment safely
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management
- Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests
