Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical kitchen tasks such as dicing and grilling
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present dishes according to Cheddar's recipes and standards
  • Maintain highest safety and sanitation standards daily
  • Dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients as required
  • Ensure all food is made from scratch and to quality expectations
  • Help create a welcoming and positive dining experience for guests
  • Follow all food handling and kitchen safety protocols
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work culture
