Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical kitchen tasks such as dicing and grilling
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Capacity to maintain high quality and safety standards under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and present dishes according to Cheddar's recipes and standards
- Maintain highest safety and sanitation standards daily
- Dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients as required
- Ensure all food is made from scratch and to quality expectations
- Help create a welcoming and positive dining experience for guests
- Follow all food handling and kitchen safety protocols
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work culture
