Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work PM shifts including weekends
  • basic culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • commitment to following sanitation and safety regulations
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and flat-top cooking
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • ability to adapt to changing company needs and responsibilities

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items to perfection according to culinary standards
  • maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • manage kitchen prep work including knife skills and flat-top cooking
  • adhere to health and safety guidelines in the kitchen
  • lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 lbs as needed
  • stand for extended periods during shifts
