Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant kitchen experience
- Ability to work full-time including night shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN before starting work
- Ability to commute to Nashville, TN daily
- Compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of kitchen experience in high volume or high end establishments
- Ability to collaborate and communicate within a kitchen and chef team
- Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices
- Capability to suggest creative ideas for kitchen improvement
- Experience in maintaining clean and organized kitchen stations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment monitoring and maintenance
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for menu items
- Produce quality meals consistent with restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace throughout shifts
- Follow recipes consistently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with chefs and managers
- Prepare garnishes to enhance meal presentation
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
