Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
- Frequent exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and humidity

Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily
- Display showmanship and engage with guests in the display kitchens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
