Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Solid culinary skill foundation
  • Availability for PM shifts and some AM shifts
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Experience with flat-top cooking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
  • Ability to adapt to changing kitchen demands

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following Salted culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Perform knife and prep work efficiently
  • Operate flat-top cooking stations
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
