Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Interact with guests in the display kitchen to provide a memorable experience
- Handle and process ingredients in the on-premise butcher shop
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
