Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
  • Experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to follow established recipes and procedures
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen helpful
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of standing for long shifts and performing physical tasks
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Interact with guests in the display kitchen to provide a memorable experience
  • Handle and process ingredients in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
