Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
  • Willingness to work in environments with smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality food and culinary arts
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen
  • Display showmanship while cooking and interacting with guests
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Assist with daily hand carving and grinding of meats
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
