Job Requirements

Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
Great team player
Ability to multitask
Passionate about great food
Stands during entire shift
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
Ability to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong multitasking skills
Passionate about cooking and food quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks required in a kitchen setting

Job Duties

Prepare made-from-scratch menu items in small batches to ensure freshness and quality
Display showmanship and interact with guests in the display kitchen
Assist in hand carving and grinding beef and bison daily
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Support team members by multitasking as needed
Lift and carry heavy items as required
