Job Duties

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
  • Execute recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
  • Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
  • Execute opening and closing procedures
