Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff
- credentials in health and safety training
- certification that meets local requirements
- must be flexible with hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations
- deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Job Duties
- Open/close kitchen when needed
- prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- unload and organize them properly
- empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed
- perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested
- control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service
- deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
