Job Requirements

- credentials in health and safety training
- certification that meets local requirements
- must be flexible with hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations
- availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Open/close kitchen when needed
- prepare a variety of appetizers and entrees for guests and keep kitchen and line fully stocked
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine and unload and organize them properly
- empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping
- perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested
- control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service
- deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
