Job Requirements

- Proven cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM before starting work

- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredient uses, equipment and procedures

Job Duties
- Your duties will include receiving customer orders and fulfilling them in a timely manner
- You will be expected to help maintain our food standards, clean as you go while on the line and help with dishes and prep when needed
- Setting up and stocking stations with product for daily use
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping/slicing vegetables and fruits, filling sauce bottles, refilling dry goods etc..)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up work stations and break down areas appropriately at closing
- Restock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dishroom areas
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Keeping your station and surrounding areas clean and sanitized
- Multitasking and staying detail oriented and on task
