Job Requirements

  • Proven cooking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Reliable transportation to Albuquerque, NM
  • Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredient uses, equipment and procedures

Job Duties

  • Your duties will include receiving customer orders and fulfilling them in a timely manner
  • You will be expected to help maintain our food standards, clean as you go while on the line and help with dishes and prep when needed
  • Setting up and stocking stations with product for daily use
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping/slicing vegetables and fruits, filling sauce bottles, refilling dry goods etc..)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up work stations and break down areas appropriately at closing
  • Restock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dishroom areas
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Keeping your station and surrounding areas clean and sanitized
  • Multitasking and staying detail oriented and on task
