Job Requirements
- Must have experience
- Ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA 92705
- Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9 am to 3 pm
- Basic knowledge of food safety
- Ability to work in person
- Part-time availability

- Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, preferably within a dietary department
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs
- Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail in meal preparation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure all meals meet nutritional requirements
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary
- Participate in special events or catering functions as required
