  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Solid knife skills and a strong understanding of various cooking methods
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen
  • Keen eye for quality and presentation
  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to contribute to early morning shifts
  • Understanding of safe food handling practices and kitchen cleanliness
  • Genuine enthusiasm for food and cooking
