Job Requirements

must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs
must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes
compliance with kitchen policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
ability to follow recipes and kitchen standards consistently
good communication skills
ability to work in a team
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

accurately prepare hot food products
prepare and portion food prior to cooking
plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
maintain clean and sanitary work area
follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
communicate effectively with managers and kitchen staff
