  • knowledge of applicable food preparation methods and measures for menu planning, soups, sauces, meat and seafood items

  • college degree or Culinary Arts degree preferred or minimum of three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • bake, roast, broil, and steam various foods
  • season foods appropriately
  • observe and test foods for proper cooking
  • carve meats and portion food to fill orders
  • exhibit knife skills including classic cuts and sharpening
  • wash, peel, cut, and shred vegetables and fruits
  • support safety and accident prevention programs
  • work collaboratively with culinary leadership and team
  • act as a role model and encourage others
  • provide stellar customer service to customers and vendors
  • assist in other food and beverage venues as needed
  • attend departmental and company training programs
  • adhere to company policies and gaming regulations
  • perform duties safely and maintain cleanliness
  • meet uniform and grooming standards
  • perform any other job duties as requested to promote productivity
