Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
