Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in upscale or fine dining kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to kitchen work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent hygiene and food safety knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of upscale or fine dining line cook experience
  • Passion for great food and hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in an upscale dining environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
  • Adhere to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
