  • Have one year or more of upscale and fine dining line cook experience
  • Demonstrate a passion for great food and great fun

  • Strong passion for great food and culinary arts
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexible and accommodating work attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support the culinary team in daily food preparation and plating
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environments while maintaining quality
