Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of upscale or fine dining line cook experience
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items to specification
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Assist in inventory and stock management
  • Support training new kitchen employees
  • Ensure plating and presentation meet restaurant standards
