- one plus year relevant line cook experience in upscale or fine dining
- ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner

- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- support team members to achieve high-quality food production
