Job Requirements

  • Be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and allergens
  • Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills with guests and coworkers
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience operating kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, and knives
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting
  • Prior experience in a similar culinary role preferred but not required

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace including storage and cleaning of kitchen surfaces
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently such as ovens, grills, and knives
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Follow safety guidelines and identify potential hazards in the kitchen
  • Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to temperature variations
