Job Requirements
- Be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and allergens
- Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming
- Understand directives and communicate with leadership

Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills with guests and coworkers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, and knives
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting
- Prior experience in a similar culinary role preferred but not required

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including storage and cleaning of kitchen surfaces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently such as ovens, grills, and knives
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Follow safety guidelines and identify potential hazards in the kitchen
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to temperature variations
