Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to work as part of a team
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guests' requests and dietary restrictions
- Label, date, rotate, and store food products per SOP and food safety guidelines
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Properly portion items to control food costs and reduce waste
- Check pars, complete prep work, and assist with line and buffet setup
- Return unused food to proper storage, labeled and dated
- Perform additional duties as assigned and follow Concord Hospitality policies
