As a Line Cook at Thunderdome Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and quality of menu items that define their brands. This position offers a compelling opportunity for passionate individuals who are eager to grow professionally alongside the company’s expansion. The Line Cook position demands a hands-on approach involving continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. In addition to physical stamina, this role requires excellent manual dexterity and strong auditory and visual skills to follow detailed written and oral instructions accurately. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you will be expected to uphold all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe and clean workspace. This role is more than just cooking food; it is about preparing each menu item with precision using proper knife techniques and cooking methods that preserve flavor, presentation, and consistency.

Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
