This role is for a Kitchen Team Member, known affectionately as the Heart of House, who plays a vital role in setting the pace for a successful and efficient shift. The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for executing recipe procedures accurately, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and sanitation policies, and facilitating communication within the team to keep food orders moving continuously. The Kitchen Team Member must exhibit teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
