Job Requirements

Ability to write and verbally communicate

Job Qualifications

Previous culinary experience preferred
experience as a line cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
strong communication and teamwork skills
basic math and measuring skills
ability to understand and follow recipes and instructions

Job Duties

Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests
handle all allergy and dietary restrictions and modifications
prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold
accurately follow all orders received from the POS system and directions from the expeditor
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station
follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player
possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to company standards
