Your main responsibility will be preparing dishes according to established recipes and chef specifications while adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends
- strong communication skills
- commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team environment
- basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures
- prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
- set up and operate kitchen equipment
- keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
- assist with food inventory and storage
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
