The position of Restaurant/Kitchen Supervisor at Grand Beach Hotel demands a professional who will support the Restaurant Manager and/or Executive Chef in managing and supervising the food and beverage operations. Job Requirements
- College or vocational schooling preferred
- Certification in sanitation and safe food handling practices

Job Duties
- Assume responsibilities of management in his/her absence
- Assist in accountability of sales, expenses and bottom line profits
- Ensure team follows Food & Beverage standards and practices
- Demonstrate a positive role model for Grand Beach Hotel standards of customer service
- Ensure team prepares and presents food products following recipes and Food & Beverage standards and practices
- Monitor food quality by completing daily a.m. and p.m. line checks
- Assist in providing on-going training and staff motivation to all associates to promote team satisfaction and minimize turnover
