We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This position is vital in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and that our guests enjoy high-quality meals prepared with care and precision. The Line Cook will be working in an energetic, fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes while maintaining the highest standards in food safety and hygiene. The starting pay for this role is $14 per hour, with the final compensation based on the candidate's experience. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, as we value dedication, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

The Line Cook will operate essential cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, and deep fryers, carefully follow recipes, and ensure the quality and quantity of all food orders. This role requires close collaboration with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role. Furthermore, the Line Cook must adhere strictly to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure that every dish served meets our standards and regulations. Additionally, candidates with prior completion of food safety coursework will have a distinct advantage.

Employees in this role will work in indoor conditions that can sometimes be warm, near grills and fryers, with frequent exposure to loud noise levels. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, as well as the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role also requires various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching, as well as good vision and the ability to adjust focus as necessary. Job Duties

  • Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
  • Prepares and cooks food according to directives

  • Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations
