We are currently seeking talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Spruce Peak. Job Requirements

  • Cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferred
  • Experience in high-volume establishments, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict food safety standards
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Physical stamina for standing and moving for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Passion for culinary arts and developing cooking techniques
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow health and safety regulations and food handling standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support culinary events and special functions with timely food preparation
  • Continuously improve cooking skills and knowledge through training and feedback
