  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Food preparation at 100 percent recipe adherence
  • Follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • Requisition supplies and equipment as needed
  • Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • Wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation
  • Restock kitchen supplies and food items
  • Assist with ordering and planning food supplies
  • Report equipment repair and maintenance to management
  • Monitor proper rotation and dating of food items and storage areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
