Job Qualifications

- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Food preparation at 100 percent recipe adherence
- Follow production prep list and keep accurate records
- Requisition supplies and equipment as needed
- Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- Wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
- Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items
- Assist with ordering and planning food supplies
- Report equipment repair and maintenance to management
- Monitor proper rotation and dating of food items and storage areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
