- relevant experience in food preparation or retail dining preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and brand procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for long periods

- willingness to learn and follow company policies

Job Duties
- Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence
- follow production prep list and keep accurate records
- use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
- store prepared food items safely and properly date label
- follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
- maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
