  • relevant experience in food preparation or retail dining preferred
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and brand procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • compliant with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • willingness to learn and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence
  • follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • store prepared food items safely and properly date label
  • follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
