Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Open availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
  • Willingness to follow sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged
  • Professional appearance and grooming in a show kitchen setting

Job Duties

  • Rolls the dumpling/bun skin
  • Stuffs the dumplings/buns
  • Closes and arranges the dumplings/buns in the steamer properly
  • Adds necessary meat and allergen identifiers
  • Steams the dumplings/buns for the appropriate amount of time
  • Cleans the dumpling room and the steamer station
  • Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
