Job Duties
- Rolls the dumpling bun skin
- stuffs the dumplings buns
- closes and arranges the dumplings buns in the steamer properly
- adds necessary meat and allergen identifiers
- steams the dumplings buns for the appropriate amount of time
- cleans the dumpling room and steamer station
- labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- attends monthly staff meetings and dumpling meetings
