Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare work stations and ingredients for chefs according to instructions
- Prepare items including salads, sauces, some entrees
- Maintain a clean kitchen space for other kitchen staff
- Comply with kitchen health and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate all item shortages to restaurant management
- Control food waste loss and usage per SOP
- Practice safety standards at all times
