Our commitment to excellence is reflected in everything we do, from the quality of our amenities to the personalized service provided to our members. As a company, we embrace a process-driven, collaborative team environment underpinned by our culture of "Plan, Communicate, Track, Evaluate & Adjust." This methodical approach ensures that all team decisions contribute to collective success, fostering an atmosphere where innovation and teamwork thrive. Our clubs provide an inviting setting for members to engage in a variety of recreational activities including golf, tennis, fine dining, and social events, thereby promoting a rich, active lifestyle.

We are excited to expand our team at Spanish Hills Club by seeking a skilled Line Cook who will play a vital role in maintaining the high culinary standards our members expect. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items with precision, adhering to established portion sizes and presentation standards. This individual will work closely with the sous chef and other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including prep station setup, inventory requisition, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role demands a passion for culinary arts, exceptional time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who are committed to quality and eager to contribute to a vibrant club community. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 along with comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and exclusive club privileges such as golf and tennis access and employee discounts.
