Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift 60 lbs
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations
- use good judgment to know when wings are perfectly done
- filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily
- practice safe cooking procedures
- properly package the orders into the final container
- provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging
- know, thoroughly understand and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for their position and shift
- assist in unloading delivery boxes
- assist in keeping kitchen clean throughout the shift
- clean at closing
- assist other employees as needed
- ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of our restaurant’s experience
