- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must follow safety and hygiene standards at all times

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations
- Use good judgment to know when Wings are perfectly done
- Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily
- Practice safe cooking procedures
- Properly package the orders into the final container
- Provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging
- Know, thoroughly understand and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for their position and shift
- Assist in unloading delivery boxes
- must be able to lift 60 lbs
- Assist in keeping kitchen clean throughout the shift
- Clean at closing
- Assist other employees as needed
- Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of our restaurant’s experience
