Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of relevant culinary experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Strong physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of experience in a similar line cook role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support banquet production and line service operations as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor ingredient quality and report any inconsistencies
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling and float between kitchen stations as required
