Weekly pay is provided, alongside free shift meals for local employees and daily meals for those residing in employee housing. The housing offered is low-cost dormitory style, recently updated for comfort, including utilities and Wi-Fi, available for $100 a week. For team members residing more than 50 miles from the worksite, free meals and transportation to nearby towns are offered. Employee discounts of 30% on most items contribute additional value.
