Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience cooking in a restaurant environment preferred
- Must complete Serve-Safe program after hire
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a scratch kitchen
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service-related skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares quality food according to standardized recipes
- Maintains a clean, safe facility in compliance with local health department regulations
- Adheres to portion and preparation guidelines for cost effectiveness
- Reviews and adheres to schedule
- Takes care of guest needs and food orders with immediacy and accuracy
- Ensures compliance with health department codes and regulations
- Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of significant issues or concerns
- Carries out duties in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a safe work environment
- Responds to hazardous situations by taking corrective action and notifying supervisory personnel
- Performs related duties as assigned or apparent
