Job Description
Woven Seafood & Chophouse is seeking a Line Cook for their seasonal operation, where menu creativity and customer satisfaction are the top priorities. Responsibilities include food preparation, overseeing line cooks, inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and accommodating customer needs effectively. The position requires opening and closing kitchen duties.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- ability to cook proteins to specific temperatures
- experience in managing banquets with a small team
- possession of necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- familiarity with various cooking techniques, sauces, and equipment such as slicers and convection ovens
- strong communication skills and ability to adapt to customer preferences and dietary needs
