Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
- Accurately prepare menu items per established standards
- Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
- Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus
- Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities or allergies
- Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
- Keep storage areas organized and clean
- Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
- Leave each shift organized and cleaned exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
- Assist with front counter or table service as needed
- Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
- Work special events as necessary throughout the year
